Formed in 1999, Patriot Underwriting Managers began its operation dedicated to supporting the needs of retail brokers. Our underwriters have over 40 years of experience in underwriting many classes of contractors.
Our facility offers a non-admitted, A- rated facility for contractors in New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania. The target is select independent interior trade-specific artisan contractors. The facility is set up to insure contractors that perform both service to existing structures and retro-fit projects as well as new construction work done.
